As our Finance Executive, you will:

• Master of Accounts: Handle full sets of accounts, ensuring accuracy and completeness in all financial transactions.
• Compliance Champion: Prepare and submit GST returns and CPF contributions accurately and on time.
• Reconciliation Expert: Perform thorough monthly bank reconciliations to maintain accurate cash balances.
• Cash Flow Navigator: Manage company cash flow effectively, ensuring sufficient liquidity for operational needs.
• Asset Custodian: Maintain accurate Fixed Assets Registers and ensure reconciliation with General Ledger control.
• Insightful Reporter: Prepare and compile comprehensive monthly management reports, providing key financial insights to stakeholders.
• Closing Authority: Manage monthly closing processes, including the accurate preparation and posting of journal entries.
• Audit Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact with external auditors during the annual statutory audit.
• External Partner: Liaise effectively with external parties such as auditors and tax agents to ensure compliance and efficient processes.
• Budget Supporter: Provide essential assistance to the Finance Director in the preparation of the Annual Budget.

What you bring to the table:

• Proven experience as a Finance Executive or in a similar accounting role.
• A strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
• Proficiency in handling full sets of accounts.
• Experience in preparing and submitting GST returns and CPF contributions.
• Excellent reconciliation skills and attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in accounting software [mention specific software if applicable].
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
