As our HR & Admin Officer, you will:
Talent Acquisition Maestro: Take ownership of the full recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring we attract and select the best talent to drive our success.
New Hire Champion: Conduct engaging orientation programmes for new recruits, ensuring a smooth and comprehensive induction into our company culture and procedures.
Learning & Development Advocate: Organize and coordinate our training and development plan, ensuring our team possesses the necessary competencies and stays compliant with statutory requirements.
Strategic Partner: Work closely with the management team to deliver key HR initiatives and provide valuable operational support aligned with our business goals.
Document Management Guardian: Assist in maintaining our document management system in accordance with the company’s ISO policies and procedures, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
Employee Welfare Advocate: Process Group Insurance administration for staff and ensure compliance with relevant employment acts, prioritizing employee well-being.
Performance & Growth Facilitator: Assist the HRM in the annual performance assessment and salary review cycles, contributing to a fair and transparent process.
Employee Relations Catalyst: Assist in resolving complex employee relations issues and address grievances with empathy and professionalism, fostering a positive work environment.
Culture Cultivator: Assist in organizing corporate social responsibility and welfare activities, promoting team engagement and a strong sense of community.
Operational Supporter: Undertake a variety of ad-hoc administrative duties to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our office.
What you bring to the table:
Proven experience in a HR and/or administrative role, with exposure to the full recruitment lifecycle.
A strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and relevant employment laws in Singapore.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and connect with people at all levels.
Strong organizational and time-management skills with a keen eye for detail.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and integrity.
A proactive and resourceful approach with a willingness to take initiative.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
A genuine passion for fostering a positive and supportive work environment.
Relevant certifications or qualifications in HR are a plus.
